1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the jiliccc platform (the "Service"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. 2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one account with jiliccc. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered in another person's name, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Permitted Use

The jiliccc Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming under applicable law.
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered in another person's name.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to access or interact with the Service.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your jiliccc account using the payment methods made available on the platform, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other local payment providers. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the platform.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are lawfully obtained and belong to you. jiliccc reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we believe to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified, and you must have provided all requested documentation.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the platform.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• jiliccc reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing a withdrawal.

Bonus funds, promotional credits, and other non-withdrawable balances are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.

4.3 Fees and Charges

jiliccc does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, PayMaya, etc.) may impose its own fees or charges. You are responsible for any such fees.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

6.2 Game Rules

6.3 Disputes and Malfunctions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jiliccc platform without our prior written consent.

In no event shall jiliccc's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliccc account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jiliccc and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

jiliccc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Inactivity for an extended period, as defined in our account management policies.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. jiliccc is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with jiliccc informally by contacting our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving your complaint.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jiliccc with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
